Anna came today, a lover and a grower of all kinds of frogs. She brought us crickets, caterpillars, an aquarium with mice mass and a box from Maria Markina. Maria and I agreed on the contents of the box at the beginning of the week. She has a patient who will not be able to return to nature, but she can try to live with me.
Little Owl Kutusha had to share his outdoor aviary. In such weather, Kutusha practically stopped going outside, so she was not very upset about the invasion.
And magpie Saika went to Moscow to the hospital. My mother and I discussed the possible options for a long time. Mom even set up to settle the magpie at home, on the condition that I would come to feed and give medicines. But we decided not to do that. Firstly, I can not contact the magpie, so as not to transfer E. coli to our owls. Secondly, I very much doubt that with such health, Saika will be able to survive the winter on the street, where temperatures drop to -38 °C.
