many people immediately guessed that it was a barn owl.
And some somehow guessed that it was a barn owl Puffy, a pet of stubborn zoologists Lena and Alexander Gatilov.
No, they didn't give me the owl Puffy for good. Lena is just going on a business trip for a month and a half to Vietnam to study the seabed, and there is absolutely no one to look after the owl. Back in the winter, Lena and I agreed that owl Puffy would stay with us while Lena was working.
Only Lena didn't warn me that there would be not one, but two eggs! These eggs are also sterile, just like those of the owl Yoll. Owls won't hatch out of them, so you don't have to worry.
But Puffy is busy and won't beat me, I hope.
