Orthodox Christians in Russia have a tradition to bathe in an ice-hole during the Epiphany. As one would expect, Silva doesn't know it; plus, she had her bath on Jan 18th, not 19th, and any coincidences are not intentional. It's just if there's a puddle, then Silva just needs to get into it. The bird knows that it kinda is winter right now, and it's supposed to be frosty, but something went haywire.
I intentionally kept the video uncut, deciding to keep everything in place so you can see how the bird carefully got into the water, having a hard time to believe that it's actually liquid, and how I myself had a hard time trying to persuade her to get out.
On our way back, the sun had almost set, and it got colder, so Silva's feathers got a bit icy. She didn't get wet through to her skin though, so it was fine. She quickly dried up in a car and overall was quite happy with how the visit to her little swamp went.
