Apparently, it was the spring complaints that reached the system, when scammers hacked the account and sent spam in order to steal subscribers' money. It was in February-early March 2021, and the account was blocked just now. Without any explanations, without letters to the post office, without the right to restore. I wrote to Facebook support, but I'm not sure they'll do anything.
When filling out the decision appeal form, it gives me that the account does not exist.
My Instagram has never been commercial. It was an album with the most favorite photos in chronological order. I started it in 2014 or 2015 and posted actual photos. I still have all the originals, but to lose the album with all the settings and treatments is very annoying and unfair. I didn't break the rules of Instagram.
While I have created a backup account, it is completely empty / comandante_yoll
I will keep you informed of what is happening and how the support service works. There is not much hope for a successful outcome.
