This is a Bell Albino morph leopard gecko male, its name is Banana. Its bright and saturated color is just amazing.
It's better when geckos molt on their own. But sometimes they don't peel their old skin off completely, and its pieces might remain stuck around their fingers or tail; these pieces will likely shrink down and cause an edema followed by necrosis if they dry off like that unattended. That's why one should carefully examine their geckos after their molting and remove any leftovers if necessary. Furthermore, if you're going to go away for several days while your gecko is still molting, then you should help them peel their old skin off before going (but VERY carefully). That way you'll make sure that there won't be any issues during your absence.
