Contrary to the majority opinion, most owls are active in the morning and evening. During day and night, they basically sit quietly in one place and survey their territory. And in the twilight, at sunset or dawn, owls hunt or play a little naughty. A calm owl, which does not need to rush anywhere, will behave approximately like Yoll. This is their normal speed.
