Reptilium is the biannual exhibition/fair where you can buy everything that can be put in a terrarium - as residents, food for residents, decoration, greenery. It also has fair share of artisans with figurines, toys, jewelry and souvenirs. Yoll participates in each Reptilium as guest star except when it takes place in St. Petersburg. And now back to Nika`s account of events: The Reptilium of October 2020 was great! I bow to organizers! You have to possess a superpower to conduct such an undertaking in current conditions! Well done, guys! I am very grateful for unique opportunity to meet our subscribers and followers, to come together and have fun at grand event for all Russian terrarium keepers! Thanks to everyone who came to see us and support our projects. Special thanks to Artyom, Polina, Kella (all of them are my KZbin moderators) - everyone who helped me to stream two full days of the exhibition! Alone I would not be able to walk and talk so much. Thanks to Ksenia The Sirin Lady for the transport, Zina and Maria Markina The Bird Doctor - for selling things and answering endless questions at our stall. They are titans of marketing! The stoned zoologists from Zoologovo (they are not actually stoned just eccentric in the best possible way and unbelievably smart) kept everyone awake and alert happily buzzing away with their bamboo-sawing, thank you! Without you it would be very quiet and calm, there would be no need to yell above the din and people would stay around much longer! You are great! It is always pleasant and invigorating to work nearby! We will definitely continue our cooperation! All those who came up with food, coffee, kind words and wishes, gifts, souvenirs - you are great! You filled me with enough optimism and positivity for half a year ahead until the next Reptilium! Even if by that time reptiles take over homo sapiens in orginizing their own events. The organization was excellent. Great new premises, lots of light and space, parking lot for participants, two floors, a dining room with delicious coffee - everything I love. It was a bit stuffy on the second floor, but no one could do anything. Air conditioning was cut short due to corona situation. The improvised mask competition was interesting. I don’t know who won, but my vote goes the Spiderman-photographer, who worked and did not participate in the contest, and to Plague Doctor - regrettably without a torch. Two days passed in a blink, now we wait and hope for winter Reptilium in St. Petersburg. I really want it to happen.
