Throughout the day, he slept in a box. In the evening, I threw off the fortune-telling from the mouse eaten at night and ate a little.
This morning he looks more cheerful, moves more, but continues to sleep a lot.

Sparrow owls have very poor health when kept in captivity, a very fast metabolism. Because of this, if they get sick, there is often not enough time to provide help.
I understand that almost all the owls are at my end of life, as in a hospice. They are already chronically unhealthy, have injuries and complications because of them. And that at any moment one of the wards can leave another owl world. But it is impossible to get used to it, as well as to calmly perceive if someone is unwell. It's very hard to worry about.
