In the video, the unpacking of two packages from Garshinka. One of mine, which I ordered in late winter-early spring. And one by Tamara Nikolaevna, which was ordered back in August 2022, that is, almost a year ago.
My parcel was supposed to arrive in May, but was sent by the company in mid-June in the hottest weather. This is unacceptable for live plants that drove almost without ventilation with an overflowed root system in hot weather. Some of the plants withered and became covered with mold, some just got covered with mold. Shrubs damaged the leaves.
Packaging is generally a separate topic. All previous parcels from Garshinka were distinguished by neat packaging and branded boxes. And then they sent a coffin with holes stuck in it, without a bill of lading and soil spilled into the bags.
Tamara Nikolaevna's daughter-in-law is doing well with the packaging, but the phloxes that she has been waiting for a year look like puny starved babies who do not want to try to live. At the same time, so much soil in large pots was spent on each starvation. But the size of the pot should correspond to the size of the plant, that is, the lump of soil should be completely entwined with roots.
I bought the roots in bags in the spring much more powerful and impressive. And Tamara Nikolaevna paid for three liters of peat.
After examining the parcel, I wrote to Garshinka a claim for unsuitable plants. I didn't post the video for so long because I was waiting for a response. But the claim is still under consideration and there is no result yet.
I will not contact the Garshinka company anymore, although there are still points, bonuses and a lot of advertising spam in the mailbox.
